Recipient will comply and will cause its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and contractors to comply with all laws, regulations and administrative requirements of the United States, specifically including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) applicable to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. The Recipient shall not permit any of its employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and/or representatives who are other than U.S. citizens or other persons lawfully entitled to receive such information, to receive any information from the Recipient for which an export license is required.

Recipient shall indemnify and hold harmless Primary Marking Systems, Inc. against any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising out of a breach of this agreement.
